More booked meetings, without hiring a salesperson

A salesperson takes months to hire and train. Nora starts the same day: she follows up by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, text and phone at a human pace, brings the replies to one inbox and fills your booking page.

By default, nothing goes out without your yes. Meetings an AI call finds wait for your OK.

Sound familiar?

Your calendar today

  • Good leads go quiet.

One follow-up, then the week gets busy and nobody writes again.

  • Hiring is slow.

Months to recruit, then training and tools before the first meeting.

  • Meetings come in bursts.

The calendar fills when someone finds time to chase, then empties again.

Nora takes the work. You keep the decisions.

What changes

What changes in your calendar

  • Follow-ups that don't slip

Nora keeps following up at a human pace, on the channels your plan uses, until people reply or opt out.

  • Calls that open doors

AI calls introduce your company, answer simple questions and suggest a time. You confirm the meeting.

  • A booking page that fills your calendar

Share your booking page, synced with Google, Microsoft or Apple calendars. When someone books, Nora stops following up.

How it works

What a month looks like

  1. 01You

Tell Nora who you want to meet

Your website and a few short questions. Setup takes about 15 minutes, and your first plan is ready the same day.

  2. 02Nora

    She reaches them everywhere

Nora writes every message and follows up on each channel at a human pace, to your own lists and, with lead finding (from Growth), people she finds for you.

  3. 03Your yes

    You approve, by default

Read and approve each message, or give Nora more room once you trust the work.

  4. 04You

    Meetings land in your calendar

People book on your booking page, and a time an AI call suggests waits for your OK. Each booked meeting moves into your pipeline.

Guardrails

More meetings, never at your name's expense

  • By default, nothing goes out without your yes.
  • Per-inbox, per-number and LinkedIn daily limits keep a human pace.
  • Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.
  • Unsubscribes, STOP replies, bounces and blocks go on one suppression list that covers every channel, and every campaign, flow and broadcast step checks it before it sends.
  • One button pauses all outreach and cancels queued messages.
FAQ

Questions, answered

How does the cost compare with hiring?

There's no salary, recruiting or extra tools to add up: one monthly plan, priced by contacts. From €299 a month, priced by contacts, not seats. Lead finding from Growth (€499), ad sync from Scale (€799).

Does NorReach book meetings for me?

People who use your booking page pick an open slot themselves. A meeting an AI call finds waits for your approval before any invite goes out. You can also book from a contact or the inbox yourself.

How soon will I see meetings?

We can't promise a number or a date: it depends on who you sell to and what you offer. Your first plan is ready the same day, messages go out once you approve them, and brand-new inboxes warm up for two to three weeks before they send at full volume.

Do the AI calls say they're AI?

Plan calls always open by naming your company and the person they call for. The rest of the opening is your AI caller's first line, which you set, and that is where it says it's an AI, as the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires. Call coaching flags calls that miss a required disclosure.

Where do the people come from?

From your own lists on every plan, and from Nora's lead network from Growth.
