Included on every plan

By default, nothing goes out without your yes

Approvals and autonomy in one place: every message, post, call and ad budget can wait for your OK in the chat, on the plan or in one queue. When you trust the work, choose how much Nora does on her own.

Your settings, your pace, and a pause button.

Illustrative workspace. Names and numbers are fictional.
  • Approve where you are

The plan's Approvals page, Check-in, the global queue or a toast.

  • Autonomy you set

Three settings, from asking about everything to full auto within a budget.

  • A trail you can check

Approvals and Autopilot decisions are logged, attributed to you or to Nora.

How it works

Nora prepares it, your yes sends it

  1. 01Nora

    Prepares the work

A message, a post, an ad, a list, a call.

  2. 02Your yes

    It waits

Marked “Needs your OK”, until you approve, edit or skip it.

  3. 03Nora

    Sends it

At its scheduled time, inside your limits.

  4. 04You

    Loosen the reins

When you're ready, loosen the reins with Auto with veto or Full auto within budget.

What's inside

Everything that keeps you in charge

How much Nora does alone is your call, and every decision leaves a trace.

Three autonomy settings

Ask about everything is the setting on every first plan: every card waits. Auto with veto (recommended): ad spend and AI calls still ask, messages to your contacts ask until you switch on auto-approval, and organic posts publish on their own and show up in your digest. Full auto within budget: everything runs inside the budget, and spending can still ask if you keep that guardrail on.

Good to know: Each guardrail can be switched on or off inside a setting.

Approve in the chat

Nora lists what needs you in Check-in. You can also approve on the plan's Approvals page (soonest first), in the global Approvals queue, or from a toast.

Each campaign message, approved

Campaigns start on “Approve each lead”: every message waits in your Approvals queue until you approve it.

Good to know: “Autopilot send” is the other choice, per campaign.

No unsourced claims

In your plan, claims Nora can't source are flagged, and a first touch that carries one waits until you add a source. Messages you rejected are remembered so the same wording doesn't come back.

Daily digest and alerts

What Nora did and what needs you: in-app, by email or by text, chosen per event.

Good to know: Email and text alerts need NorReach's mail sender and an SMS number. Other notification channels aren't available yet.

Audit log

An append-only audit log records Nora's agent actions, the approvals and Autopilot decisions behind them, and workspace-wide actions such as pausing all outreach. Each entry says whether a person or Nora acted.

Good to know: It records these actions, not every edit.

Pause all outreach

One button pauses all outreach and cancels queued messages. It's logged too.

Good to know: Admins only.

Guardrails

Guardrails, on by default

  • By default, nothing sends, posts, calls or spends without your yes. Auto with veto, Full auto, Autopilot and a campaign's “Autopilot send” are settings you choose, and Nora's agent actions and Autopilot decisions are logged.
  • In your plan, claims Nora can't source are flagged, and a first touch that carries one waits until you add a source.
  • An append-only audit log records Nora's agent actions, the approvals and Autopilot decisions behind them, and workspace-wide actions such as pausing all outreach.
  • One button pauses all outreach and cancels queued messages.
  • Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Does anything go out without my approval?

Not by default. On a first plan every card waits for your OK, and campaigns start on “Approve each lead”. If you choose Auto with veto, Full auto, Autopilot or “Autopilot send” on a campaign, those actions go out without asking, and Nora's actions and Autopilot decisions are logged.

What still asks in Auto with veto?

Ad spend and AI calls, and messages to your contacts until you switch on auto-approval for them. Organic social posts publish on their own, and each one shows up in your daily digest.

Can I stop everything at once?

Yes. Settings › Danger zone › Pause all outreach pauses every active campaign and cancels queued messages. It's for admins, and it's logged.

How do I see what Nora did?

In your daily digest (in-app, email or text) and in the audit log, which records Nora's actions, approvals and Autopilot decisions.

What if a message makes a claim without a source?

It's flagged on the card, and on a first touch the sequence waits until you add a source or change the wording.
