Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 7 August 2026
You can ask NorReach to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — including data we obtained when you signed in with Facebook or Instagram, or when you connected a Meta Ads account.
Option 1 — Delete from inside NorReach
If you have an account, this is the fastest path. Sign in at norreach.app/login, then:
- Go to Settings → Team → Danger zone → Delete workspace to remove the whole workspace and every contact, message, campaign, and ad-account connection it contains.
- Or go to Ads → Meta connection → Disconnect to revoke only the Meta / Facebook link and delete the stored access token.
- Or open your profile menu → Account → Delete my account to remove your personal user record.
These actions take effect immediately and remove your data from our production database. Backups roll off within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email us to delete your data
If you can't sign in, or you'd rather we handle it, email privacy@norreach.app from the address associated with your account and include:
- The email address you used to sign up, if different from the sender.
- Your Facebook profile name (or Facebook user ID) if you connected Meta / Instagram, so we can locate the linked records.
- Whether you want us to delete your whole account or only your Meta / Facebook connection data.
We'll confirm within 5 business days, complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply once it's done. There is no fee.
What we delete
- Your user account and profile.
- Every workspace you own, plus its contacts, messages, campaigns, and analytics.
- OAuth tokens and access credentials for connected services (Meta / Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and telephony, voice and email delivery providers).
- Any Facebook user id, page tokens, ad-account ids, and Meta lead form submissions we stored on your behalf.
- Uploaded creative assets and generated media.
Data that we have to keep by law (for example invoices for the statutory retention period) or in fully anonymised form for aggregate analytics is retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Everything else is gone.
Revoking on Meta's side
Deleting your data here does not automatically remove NorReach from your Facebook Business Settings. If you'd also like to revoke NorReach's access to your Facebook / Instagram account, go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, find NorReach, and click Remove.
