Replies in one inbox, with a draft waiting

A unified inbox for email, WhatsApp and SMS replies, in real time. Email and text replies are classified as positive, neutral or negative. Open one, answer on its own channel, or let Nora draft the reply.

Quoted history is stripped out, and an out-of-office reply can hold the sequence instead of stopping it.

Illustrative workspace. Names and numbers are fictional.
  • Nothing lost between tools

One list, with unread dots for each channel.

  • Knows what a reply means

Email and text replies are classified, and a negative one can stop the sequence.

  • A draft is ready

Nora drafts the answer; automatic email replies are opt-in.

How it works

From a reply to your answer

  1. 01Nora

    Replies in one list

Pulls every email, WhatsApp and SMS reply into one list, and reads each email and text as positive, neutral or negative.

  2. 02You

    Open the thread

Read the conversation day by day, with their details, tags and lists beside it. Their timeline holds every channel.

  3. 03Nora

    Nora drafts the reply

Drafts the next reply from the conversation so far, on the same channel, for you to edit.

  4. 04You

    Answer, or move it on

Send it, or tag the person, add them to a list or the pipeline, or book a meeting.

What's inside

Everything a reply needs

One list for every written conversation, and what you need to act on a reply without leaving it.

One realtime inbox

Email, SMS and WhatsApp replies, with unread counts per channel. The same conversations appear in Check-in and Overview as “People who replied”.

Good to know: Calls live on the contact's timeline and in call history. LinkedIn replies stay in LinkedIn for now.

Replies sorted for you

Email and text replies are classified as positive, neutral or negative (a negative reply can stop the sequence), and quoted history is stripped out.

Good to know: Switch on “Pause on out-of-office replies” and an out-of-office email holds the sequence, then resumes it.

Nora drafts the answer

A draft on any thread, on its own channel. On WhatsApp you can reply in free text within 24 hours.

Automatic email replies (opt-in)

Nora answers email replies for a campaign, or drafts them into Approvals. Auto-responders are skipped.

Good to know: Off by default; up to 20 a day per workspace.

From reply to deal

Tag the person, add them to a list or the pipeline, or book a meeting, all from the thread.

Guardrails

Guardrails, on by default

  • By default, nothing goes out without your yes.
  • Automatic email replies wait in Approvals when the campaign is on “Approve each lead”.
  • Unsubscribes, STOP replies, bounces and blocks go on one suppression list that covers every channel, and every campaign, flow and broadcast step checks it before it sends.
  • A STOP reply by text or WhatsApp opts the person out: their number is suppressed and their sequences stop.
  • Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.
Plan availability

Included on every plan.

  • Automatic email replies: off until you switch them on for a campaign, then up to 20 a day per workspace.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which channels land in the inbox?

Email, SMS and WhatsApp replies. AI and human calls appear on the contact's timeline and in call history. LinkedIn replies stay in LinkedIn for now.

Does a reply stop the sequence?

With “Auto-pause on reply” on (the default in new campaigns), yes. Positive and negative replies stop it by default even without that toggle. Switch on “Pause on out-of-office replies” and an out-of-office email holds the sequence instead, then resumes it.

Can Nora answer replies for me?

She drafts on any thread. Automatic email replies are opt-in per campaign, capped at 20 a day per workspace, and wait in Approvals when the campaign is on “Approve each lead”.

Can I reply on WhatsApp from the inbox?

Yes, in free text within 24 hours of the person's last message. Otherwise you use an approved template.

Can my team work the inbox?

Yes. Callers get a focused app with calling, inbox, contacts, calendar and coaching.
