Which channels does NorReach cover?
Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and AI voice calls — in one sequence — plus a unified inbox, a CRM pipeline and Nora, the built-in AI assistant.
Do I have to make my own ads?
No. Nora makes them inside your plan, from ads you liked, and you approve them. Meta ads sync and attribution are included from Scale (€799/mo).
Is my data kept in the EU?
Your workspace data is hosted in the EU. Some sub-processors (such as AI models, telephony and email delivery) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. A DPA is available on request.
How is NorReach priced?
By contacts, not seats. It's all-in from €299/mo, and your seats and AI-call minutes scale with your contact volume. Custom Enterprise above 250k contacts.
Do the AI voice calls disclose they're AI?
Plan calls always open by naming your company and the person they call for. The rest of the opening is your AI caller's first line, which you set, and that is where it says it's an AI, as the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires. Call coaching flags calls that miss a required disclosure.
Is NorReach for sales or recruitment?
Both. It runs outbound for sales teams and outbound candidate/client sourcing for recruitment and staffing agencies — including healthcare staffing.

NorReach is invite-only during private beta. Once your workspace is approved you get a 14-day trial with everything unlocked — no card required.
