What's included in the price?
All five outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and AI voice), Nora, the CRM pipeline, the unified inbox, verification, inbox warm-up and the compliance controls are on every plan, with no per-seat, per-channel or add-on fees. A few capabilities unlock with contact volume; they're listed under “Higher-volume plans also unlock”.
How does contacts-based pricing work?
You choose your plan by the number of contacts you work. Seats and AI-call minutes scale with it — so the price grows with usage, not headcount.
What happens if I exceed my AI minutes?
AI-call minutes beyond your plan are billed at +€0.12 / min — or slide up a plan anytime and we prorate the difference to your billing date.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Slide up or down whenever you like; changes prorate to your billing date.
Do you offer annual billing?
Billed monthly, or annually with two months free. Prices in EUR, excluding VAT.
Is my data kept in the EU?
Your workspace data is hosted in the EU. Some sub-processors (such as AI models, telephony and email delivery) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. A DPA is available on request.
