Manage your privacy and control your personal data

Under data protection laws like the GDPR you have rights over your personal data — to opt out, object, see it and have it deleted. Whether you use NorReach or were contacted by a business that does, here is how to use them.

Contacted by a business that uses NorReach? Opt out or object

Businesses use NorReach to send emails, messages and calls. That business decides who it contacts and is responsible for your data; NorReach processes it on their behalf. The fastest way to stop it is to use the unsubscribe link in the email or reply asking to be removed — it reaches them directly.

You can also ask us. Tell us who contacted you (the company name or the email or number they used) and your own email or number. We will pass your request to that business without delay and help them put your details on their suppression list, so none of their campaigns reach you again.

Request access to your data

Want to know what personal data is held about you? Email us from the address the data relates to. Once we have confirmed it is you, we'll tell you what NorReach holds about you as a user, or pass your request to the business that is responsible for it, and reply within one month.

Delete your NorReach account or workspace

If you use NorReach, you can delete contacts, your workspace or your account yourself in Settings, or disconnect Meta, Google and other connected accounts. Prefer that we do it? Email us from your account's address. Deletion is complete within 30 days, except invoices we must keep for bookkeeping.

Privacy at NorReach

How we process personal data as a controller and as a processor, every company that processes it for us, how we protect it, and the agreement for using NorReach.

NorReach and AI

NorReach uses AI to draft messages, posts and ads, to make AI voice calls and to power its assistant, Nora. AI-drafted content waits for a person's approval by default, AI calls can disclose that they are an AI, and we don't share your data with AI providers to train their models.

We answer requests within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handled yours, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, www.imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live. Questions: privacy@norreach.ai.
