Email that lands, from inboxes you own

Email outreach from your own Google Workspace or Gmail inboxes, or from a verified domain. NorReach spreads the volume across them within safe per-inbox limits, warms new inboxes up, and shows your sending health at a glance.

Nora writes the emails; by default, you approve them.

What's inside

Everything behind a good send

Your Google inboxes

Connect Gmail or Google Workspace with Google sign-in. Each inbox has its own signature and limits (default 50 a day, 6 an hour, 10 minutes apart), an optional ramp-up (20 a day, +5 a day), and rotation across your inboxes or a pool.

Good to know: Campaign senders connect through Google today; Outlook and SMTP inboxes can join warm-up. You can also send from a verified domain.

Sending domains, set up right

Buy a domain or connect your own. A guided DNS view covers SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Ready-made and pre-warmed mailboxes are available, and personas set who the email comes from.

Good to know: Runs on NorReach's email infrastructure.

Inbox warm-up

Add Gmail and Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, or any SMTP/IMAP inbox. See each one's reputation score and warm-up status.

Good to know: We recommend 2–3 weeks before real volume.

Deliverability at a glance

30-day volume, bounce and complaint rates, suppressed contacts, failed sends, each inbox's sends against its cap, and a 4-week trend.

Tracking and one-click unsubscribe

Open and click tracking per campaign (on by default; you can switch either off). Switch on an inbox's opt-out line and its sequence emails carry a real one-click unsubscribe link plus List-Unsubscribe headers.

Good to know: The opt-out line is off until you switch it on for an inbox. Open counts are approximate, because mail-app privacy features inflate them.

Replies, threaded and answered if you want

Replies are detected and threaded, with quoted history stripped. Optionally, Nora answers email replies per campaign or drafts them for approval.

Good to know: Off by default. Up to 20 automatic replies a day per workspace; auto-responders are skipped.

Guardrails

Guardrails, on by default

  • By default, nothing goes out without your yes.
  • Per-inbox, per-number and LinkedIn daily limits keep a human pace.
  • Unsubscribes, STOP replies, bounces and blocks go on one suppression list that covers every channel, and every campaign, flow and broadcast step checks it before it sends.
  • Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.
  • A campaign, flow or broadcast step won't send to a contact without a recorded lawful basis. You choose the basis; NorReach makes sure one is recorded.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which email accounts can send?

Gmail and Google Workspace inboxes, connected with Google sign-in, or a verified sending domain set up in NorReach. Outlook, Microsoft 365 and SMTP inboxes can be warmed up.

How many emails does each inbox send?

By default 50 a day, 6 an hour, 10 minutes apart. You can change this per inbox and add a gradual ramp-up.

What does warm-up do?

It builds a new inbox's sender reputation before it carries real volume. You see a score and a status for each inbox; plan on 2–3 weeks.

Are open rates accurate?

Only roughly: privacy features in mail apps inflate opens, so replies and clicks are the stronger signal.

Can Nora reply to emails for me?

If you switch it on for a campaign. She drafts or sends replies (they wait in Approvals if the campaign is on “Approve each lead”), skips out-of-office and auto-responders, and sends at most 20 a day per workspace.

How are unsubscribes handled?

Switch on an inbox's opt-out line and its sequence emails carry a real one-click unsubscribe link plus List-Unsubscribe headers. Mail apps then show their own Unsubscribe button, and anyone who unsubscribes is suppressed on every channel.
