Multichannel campaign builder
Pick Campaign, then Basics → Sequence → Delivery → Launch. One step per channel, each with its wait. Save a draft or launch.
Good to know: Live campaigns aren't edited in place; pause and clone to change one.
Build a multichannel sequence in four steps, or drag out an automation flow. Nora writes each step for its channel. Rules pause on a reply, branch when a LinkedIn invite is accepted, and fall back to email when it isn't.
Sequences, rules, flows and broadcasts on every plan. Each campaign message is approved by default.
Replies pause it, opens trigger steps, accepted invites branch it.
Nora writes every step for your brand.
Pre-flight catches a missing sender before go-live.
Pick a brand, an audience (a list, or “Nora finds leads”) and a template or a blank sequence.
Writes the copy for every step of your template, each for its channel. “Regenerate with Nora” rewrites any one.
Set delivery: senders, “Approve each lead” or “Autopilot send”, business hours, auto-pause on reply, AI call on high intent, and tracking.
Pre-flight checks that every channel can send, and each message waits for approval unless you chose “Autopilot send”.
Steps on every channel, rules that react, flows that start from a trigger, and a check before anything goes live.

Start from a sequence template (LinkedIn + Email, Email only, LinkedIn + Email + Phone, Email + Phone) or your team's own. Keep reusable email, SMS and WhatsApp copy with merge fields such as first name and company, and design emails in the built-in editor.
Replied → pause. Opened 2+ times → AI call. Meeting booked → stop. LinkedIn invite accepted → LinkedIn path; not accepted in time → email.
Good to know: Rules fire on replies, opens, clicks, accepts, bookings and bounces. The “Trigger AI call on high intent” toggle is on by default in new campaigns, and under “Approve each lead” the call it places waits for your OK.
Drag-and-drop triggers (tag added, inbound email/SMS/WhatsApp, opened, clicked, LinkedIn accepted, AI call completed, meeting booked, new Meta lead…), actions on every channel, waits, conditional splits, wait-for-reply, random A/B splits and a “Send webhook” action. Each step shows a live funnel and execution logs.
Good to know: Per the pricing page: advanced automation from Growth (€499/mo); A/B testing from Business (€1,099/mo).
A one-off email, SMS or WhatsApp to a list. Nora can write it, and it runs through the same consent, suppression and window checks as a campaign.
Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card. Plus weekends off, holiday skip-days, per-company caps, “don't re-contact within N days”, excluded email domains, and pause on out-of-office.
Good to know: The window is the “Business hours only” toggle, on by default for new campaigns. It never holds calls; quiet hours do.
A campaign or flow won't activate if a channel has nothing to send from: no inbox or domain, no SMS-capable number, no paired LinkedIn seat, or unapproved WhatsApp templates. A call step also needs its AI caller picked.
Good to know: The phone number behind a call isn't part of the check.
Included on every plan.
Email, LinkedIn (beta, in your own browser session), WhatsApp, SMS and AI calls.
With “Auto-pause on reply” on (the default in new campaigns), their sequence stops and the reply lands in your inbox. Positive and negative replies stop it by default even without that toggle, and out-of-office replies are recognised.
Pause it and clone it; only drafts are editable.
A sequence is a campaign's steps and rules for a list of people. A flow starts from a trigger, such as a tag, an inbound message or a new Meta lead, and can branch, wait and act on any channel. When you start your 30-day plan it becomes a flow.
