From yes to meeting to deal, in one place

Meetings and a CRM pipeline, built in: when an AI call in a sequence ends in a yes, a deal opens in your pipeline and the meeting arrives for your approval. Approve it and the invite goes from your own calendar, with every message and call that led to it on the contact's timeline.

Connect Google Calendar or Cal.com.

Illustrative workspace. Names and numbers are fictional.
  • Your calendar, not another one

Invites go from Google Calendar (with a Meet link) or Cal.com.

  • No double-booking

A free/busy check warns you first.

  • The whole story per person

    One timeline for each contact.

How it works

From a yes on the phone to a meeting in your calendar

  1. 01You

    Connect your calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Cal.com and set your working hours.

  2. 02Nora

    A yes becomes a meeting

Turns an AI call's yes into a pending meeting at the suggested time. For a call in a sequence, a deal opens at Meeting booked too.

  3. 03Your yes

    Approve, and the invite goes

Approve the meeting; the invite goes from your calendar, with a Meet link on Google.

  4. 04You

    Keep the stage current

Set each person's stage on their contact record, from Contacted to Qualified, Won or Lost. Every change lands on their timeline.

What's inside

Meetings, deals and every contact's story

Meetings that wait for your OK, your own calendar, a pipeline that fills itself from AI calls, and one timeline for every person.

Meetings for your approval

Meetings an AI call finds arrive pending, at the suggested time. Approve one and the invite goes out.

Calendar and availability

Google Calendar or Cal.com, with month, week and day views and your working hours. A free/busy check warns before a double-booking. Book from a contact or from the inbox.

A built-in pipeline

New → Contacted → Meeting booked → Qualified → Won. An AI call in a sequence that ends in a yes opens a deal automatically, and “Add to pipeline” in the inbox opens one at New.

Good to know: Deals stay in the column they open in for now: there's no drag-and-drop or stage change for a deal yet, and no external CRM sync. Each contact's own stage is set on their record.

One timeline per person

Emails, texts, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and calls, plus notes, stage and insights from calls.

Lists, segments and tags

Built-in segments (mine, engaged, meeting booked), plus your own filters.

Good to know: No lead scoring today.

Ask what's coming up

In the dockExample conversation, illustrative
  1. You
    What's on this week?
  2. Nora
(on the Calendar page)Two meetings: Maja Lind of Nordhem Interiors on Thursday at 10:00, and Sara Ek of Ek & Ask Home on Friday at 11:30. Your pipeline holds four deals, two of them at Meeting booked.
  3. You
    How do I confirm Maja's?
  4. Nora
It's the amber one: meetings from AI calls wait for your OK. Open it, check the time, and press “Approve & Send Invite”. The invite goes from your Google Calendar with a Meet link.
Guardrails

Guardrails, on by default

  • By default, nothing goes out without your yes.
  • Meetings an AI call finds wait for your OK before any invite goes out.
  • Booking on the calendar or approving a meeting checks your other meetings, your working hours and your Google Calendar, and warns you before a double-booking.
  • Your workspace data is hosted in the EU. Some sub-processors (such as AI models, telephony and email delivery) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which calendars work with NorReach?

Google Calendar and Cal.com.

Does NorReach book meetings without me?

Meetings found on AI calls wait for your approval before any invite goes out. You can also book directly from a contact or the inbox.

Does it replace my CRM?

It has a built-in pipeline and contact records. It doesn't sync with external CRMs today.

Can I move deals along the pipeline?

Not yet. A deal opens at Meeting booked when an AI call's yes books it, or at New when you add someone from the inbox, and it stays in that column. Each contact's own stage, from New to Won or Lost, is set on their record.

What's on a contact's record?

One timeline across email, texts, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and calls, plus notes, stage and insights from calls.
