AI calls that follow up, and bring you the meeting

AI voice calls as a sequence step, on intent, or placed by your plan. Your AI caller talks, answers questions from your own knowledge, and when someone agrees to meet, the meeting arrives for your approval.

In your plan, calls stay off until you switch them on. Every plan includes AI-call minutes, from 500 a month.

Illustrative workspace. Names and numbers are fictional.

Plan calls always open by naming your company and the person they call for. The rest of the opening is your AI caller's first line, which you set, and that is where it says it's an AI, as the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires. Call coaching flags calls that miss a required disclosure.

  • Only calls that make sense

In plans, calls only reach engaged leads, and by default each call card waits for your approval.

  • Everything written down

Transcript, summary, key points, objections, callback requests and a coaching score.

  • Meetings, for your OK

Agreed times arrive as pending meetings.

How it works

From the first ring to your yes

  1. 01You

    Your AI caller

Build or pick your AI caller (script, knowledge, voice, language, tools) and add calls to a sequence, a rule or your plan.

  2. 02Nora

    Nora places the calls

As sequence steps, on intent (for example, opened twice) or from your plan, where they only reach engaged people.

  3. 03Nora

    Every call, written up

Nora detects voicemail, retries if you asked it to (1–3 more attempts) and writes up every call.

  4. 04Your yes

    You approve the meeting

When someone agrees to meet, approve the suggested time; the invite goes from your calendar.

What's inside

Everything your AI caller does

Calls as steps, on intent or in your plan

Use a “Make AI call” step, a rule like “opened 2+ times → call”, or a plan card. Plan calls only reach engaged leads, and by default each call card waits for your approval; approving it arms that call for everyone who reaches that stage.

Good to know: AI calling is off by default in onboarding. In a new campaign, “Trigger AI call on high intent” is on by default.

Build your caller

Script, a visual conversation workflow, a voice from the voice library (browse and preview), uploaded knowledge, phone, behaviour, analysis and tools: end the call, detect language, transfer to a colleague or a number, detect voicemail, send keypad tones.

70+ languages

The caller editor offers 72 languages, including Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, English and German.

Voicemail and retries

Voicemail never counts as a connection. Switch on retries for a call step and a no-answer (or, if you choose, a voicemail) gets 1–3 more attempts, spaced as you set. The sequence can stop once a call really connects.

Good to know: Retries are off until you switch them on for a step.

Transcripts, summaries and notes

Every call gets a transcript, summary, key points, objections, callback requests, an automatic note and a coaching score. Search call history and export it to CSV.

Good to know: No audio playback in the app.

Inbound call routing

Calls back to your numbers route to the AI caller, a person, an IVR menu or voicemail, with business-hours fallback.

Follow calls live

Managers read a live AI call's transcript as it happens and see who's on a call now.

Good to know: For managers and admins.

Meetings for your approval

Agreed times arrive as pending meetings. Approve one and the invite goes from Google Calendar (with a Meet link) or Cal.com.

With Nora

Ask Nora who gets a call

On a plan cardExample conversation, illustrative
  1. You
Why is Thursday's call only going to 6 people?
  2. Nora
They opened your offer email twice and haven't replied. Plan calls only reach people that far along; everyone else gets the follow-up email instead.

What the caller won't do

In your plan, the caller never speaks as a named person and never confirms a booking on the call. The meeting comes to you for approval.

  • In your plan, AI calling stays off until you switch it on, and by default each call card waits for your approval.
  • Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.
  • Unsubscribes, STOP replies, bounces and blocks go on one suppression list that covers every channel, and every campaign, flow and broadcast step checks it before it sends.
  • A campaign, flow or broadcast step won't send to a contact without a recorded lawful basis. You choose the basis; NorReach makes sure one is recorded.
