The rules every campaign runs under, whichever channel it uses.

  • By default, nothing goes out without your yes.
  • Plan calls always open by naming your company and the person they call for. The rest of the opening is your AI caller's first line, which you set, and that is where it says it's an AI, as the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires. Call coaching flags calls that miss a required disclosure.
  • Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.
  • Unsubscribes, STOP replies, bounces and blocks go on one suppression list that covers every channel, and every campaign, flow and broadcast step checks it before it sends.
  • A campaign, flow or broadcast step won't send to a contact without a recorded lawful basis. You choose the basis; NorReach makes sure one is recorded.
  • Your workspace data is hosted in the EU. Some sub-processors (such as AI models, telephony and email delivery) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

What is NorReach?

An AI outbound platform: one place to plan, reach and follow up across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, AI calls, social posts and Meta ads. Nora, your AI teammate, is included on every plan.

Which channels does it run?

Email from your Google inboxes or a verified domain; LinkedIn steps in your own browser session (beta); WhatsApp Business; SMS; AI voice calls; posts on ten social networks; and Facebook and Instagram ads.

Does anything go out without my approval?

By default, nothing sends, posts, calls or spends without your yes. Auto with veto, Full auto, Autopilot and a campaign's “Autopilot send” are settings you choose, and Nora's agent actions and Autopilot decisions are logged.

Do I still need a CRM or calendar tool?

Contacts, the inbox, the pipeline and calendar sync with Google Calendar or Cal.com are built in. NorReach doesn't sync with external CRMs today; flows can post to your other systems with a webhook.

Which plan do I need?

Every plan includes all five outreach channels and Nora; plans are priced by contact volume. Lead finding and advanced automation come from Growth (€499); Meta Ads sync and attribution from Scale (€799); send-time re-verification and A/B testing from Business (€1,099); priority support and guided onboarding from Premium (€1,499).
