Looking for a Reply.io alternative?
If you're evaluating moving off Reply.io, here's a fair view of what it does well and where NorReach fits differently.
Where Reply.io is strong
Mature multichannel engagement platform with a large template/feature set and an AI SDR module (Jason).
Where NorReach is different
Nora is built into the platform, not a four-figure monthly add-on — and NorReach is built in Europe.
Its AI SDR is a separate, expensive add-on; US infrastructure.
Pricing (sourced, as of 2026 — verify before relying): Multichannel from ~$89/user/mo; the Jason AI SDR is reported at ~$500–3,000/mo and is not publicly fixed (as of 2026).
All-in and contacts-based, from €299/mo — not per seat. Every channel and Nora included on every plan. Approved private-beta workspaces get a 14-day trial.
Channels NorReach runs in one platform
- SMS
- AI voice calls
Plus a unified inbox, CRM pipeline and Nora, the built-in AI assistant.
Built-in compliance controls
- Your workspace data is hosted in the EU. Some sub-processors (such as AI models, telephony and email delivery) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
- GDPR features: consent tracking, do-not-contact lists and contact deletion. A DPA is available on request.
- A campaign, flow or broadcast step won't send to a contact without a recorded lawful basis. You choose the basis; NorReach makes sure one is recorded. Unsubscribes, STOP replies, bounces and blocks go on one suppression list that covers every channel, and every campaign, flow and broadcast step checks it before it sends.
- Campaigns send inside a sending window (by default weekdays 09:00–17:00 in each contact's time zone, where it's known) and hold calls, texts and WhatsApp overnight. It's on by default for new campaigns; plan touches go out on the day and time shown on their card.
- Plan calls always open by naming your company and the person they call for. The rest of the opening is your AI caller's first line, which you set, and that is where it says it's an AI, as the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires. Call coaching flags calls that miss a required disclosure.
NorReach and Reply.io solve overlapping problems. Reply.io is a strong choice in AI SDR + sales engagement; NorReach is the better fit if you want one platform across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and AI voice, EU hosting, and transparent contacts-based pricing from €299/mo — not per seat.
